One of my New Years resolutions (like most all other human beings) is to lose weight and become more active/healthy. In honor of this and in honor of Youtube Friday I bring you THE most disturbing video on youtube. The first time i saw it I sat in a daze not quite knowing what I was watching. Even after my third time this morning (which i had never watched it all the way through) I am still not sure what I am watching. See for yourself..........
